Mission & Vision

Mission:

To preserve all park spaces in Buena Park for the enjoyment of all Chicagoans
To ensure access to the lake front and community parks and resources
To allow beautification and enjoyment of all park spaces
To hold the Alderperson accountable to enforce established laws and regulations that directly pertain to park maintenance
To require the Chicago Parks Department and Department of Family and Social Services to fulfill their responsibilities and re-house all homeless to safe housing and related supportive services that are available and already funded by taxpayers

Vision:

Park spaces in Buena Park should be a source of pride whereby beauty, safety and access are prioritized
Park spaces in Buena Park should not be abused or overtaken for individual gain or unlicensed commercial use
